Vulcanized Trancho, S.A. -VULTRASA- was founded in 1948 and, since then, we have been providing custom rubber solutions to a wide variety of industries.
We currently have a total surface of 5,300 m2 in the Bankunión I Industrial Estate, located in Tremañes (Gijón, Asturias), with more than thirty presses and fixed and mobile equipment. We also have a large vehicle fleet that allows us to undertake works at the site anywhere in the Iberian peninsula.

We are highly specialized in several divisions, all of them under the common denominator of rubber.
The division The division supplies, assembles, maintains and repairs -using mobile equipment- conveyor belts of all kinds. Specialized in PVC and rubber supplies, we work for any type of industry.
We have rubber bands built with metal cables (ST-STEEL CORD.), with textile weft, PVC and even for mining approved for ATEX regulations.
Our assembly, maintenance and repair services for conveyor belts allow us, from the beginning of our commercial activity, a direct contact with conveyor belts from different manufacturers in all kinds of environments. Through this direct contact, we can efficiently measure the performance of our products, ensuring the best value for money in each situation.
Our division of industrial technical hoses has more than 25 years of experience in which we have provided flexible solutions for the transfer of all types of fluids.
We are official distributors of the multinational Trelleborg. In turn, we work with other manufacturers specializing in stainless steel, Teflon, hydraulic and PVC hoses to adapt our offer to customer demand.
We manufacture all kinds of standard or custom parts in natural or synthetic rubber. Simple or reinforced rubber with polyester fabrics, polyamides and metal rubber parts, standing out for their great flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.
All kinds of rubber sheet parts, both blank and die-cut, and surface coatings, drive drums. At Vulcanizados Trancho we provide tailor-made solutions, in the manufacture of large series as well as smaller ones.
